Looking for a church home? We would be honored for you to be our guest! We know that going to a church for the first time can be a little stressful, so we have provided some information below to make your guest experience a little less stressful.

What Should I Wear?
FBCLP has a very relaxed and casual environment. You’ll find everything from shorts to business casual on a Sunday morning or Wednesday evening. We want you to come in what feels comfortable to you.

What are Your Service Times?
Sunday morning worship begins at 10:30 am.

What are Your Weekend Services Like?
Every Sunday at FBCLP is a day of celebration. You’ll find a relaxed atmosphere filled with friendly folks, contemporary music and relevant teaching. We realize that everyone worships different, but usually during the singing we stand, and some will even raise their hands in praise.

What Happens When I Come                     for the First Time?
When you join us for the first time we want you to feel comfortable. We understand coming to a new church can be intimidating. We never ask guests to stand or single them out in any way. First time guests are encouraged to fill out a connect card but are allowed to remain anonymous if they so choose. We will only contact guests who give us permission to do so.

Where Do My Children Go?
We’re just as passionate about ministering to children as we are adults. On Sundays we provide a nursery and preschool class during the worship service. Our nursery and preschool area are a safe and clean environment staffed with loving and caring individuals.

We also believe that families should have the opportunity to worship together so all children kindergarten through sixth grade will worship with their parents in the worship center. However, before the sermon children kindergarten through 2nd grade will be dismissed for children’s church.

Who are We?

We are a faith family made up of committed followers of Jesus Christ. Our mission comes directly from His teachings…

Matthew 22:37-39
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’This is thefirst and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’

Matthew 28:19-20
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Therefore, we exist to:
  • Love God
  • Love People
  • Share Christ
  • Make Disciples
